Decline after attaching 4000000000000341 test card can be used in such a case: https://docs.stripe.com/testing#declined-payments
Hello @true ferry, we've test those test card but then it will still retry
Is there a test card for hard declined payments? Like it can't be retried by smart retry because it is a hard bounce.
I get what you're trying to do now. I'm afraid we don't have such a test card for non-retryable decline code that stops the smart retry
Is that still the case in live payments?
when smart retry is enabled, there is no possibility that a certain failed payment can't be retried?
In live mode, Stripe will not retry when the decline code returned from the issuer is non-retryable: https://docs.stripe.com/billing/revenue-recovery/smart-retries#non-retryable-decline-codes
There is a possibility that certain payment can't be retried
Thank you so much @true ferry
