Hello! Let me take a look at what's going on...
ACH isn't showing up because you haven't enabled it for the specific payment method configuration you're using - that checkout session is using your "Subscription" payment method configuration which doesn't have ACH enabled (see https://dashboard.stripe.com/settings/payment_methods?config_id=pmc_1OJhr5LxKVPs2Ar0Ny7mSKuR)

Sorry, what I meant to say is ACH IS showing up
but it's turned off
I don't like ACH to be displayed - why is it showing?
Ahhh gotcha sorry I misunderstood
Do you have a fresh checkout session I can look at that's not expired? The one you send over is already canceled, so I'm not able to open it on my end

I think this is happening because you have Link enabled - let me try and reproduce on my end to confirm
It doesn't seem to just be from link since I'm not seeing the same thing - let me keep digging in the logs to see what I can find
Can you temporarily try and disable link from your payment method config and create a new checkout session? I do think it's related to link and your account is in a different state compared to mine
Aha! Figured it out - in your Link settings (https://dashboard.stripe.com/settings/link) you have the settings under "Offer cash back to your customers" enabled
okay my team can try but isn't link a different type of payment method
oooh you think that's it ?
Yeah I'm fairly sure that's it (you can even see in the screenshot it's got that same Bank w/ Get $5 tab on it)
okay let me ask my team to try it a moment please
my team says its turned off now
yet the ach bank is still showing
maybe that's not the correct switch to toggle since it says "run revenue and conversion..." ?
Ah interesting - it just removed the "Get $5 incentive"
oh yea looks like
Did you try what I mentioned w/ disabling Link in the payment method configuration to see what happens?
okay let me ask my team to try
hmm okay that helped
but any chance we can still have Link?
or is that strictly tied to the ACH ?
oh it's gone now
we re-enabled Link and now it's gone ๐
oh nice!
If it comes up again I'd recommend writing into support (https://support.stripe.com/contact) - I'm fairly sure we have ways of disabling this internally, but as far as I can tell I don't see any external dashboard setting that would allow you to control it yourself
