Hi there ๐ taking a look
Thanks, @halcyon breach Not really a technical issue, more a UI problem confusing users!
We end up at this screen:
and then there's no where to go.
Oh, sorry, I missed that this was for a Checkout Session, let me reorient real quick. Hm, is the back button removed from the top left corner when you hit that page?
Yeah actually it is, the previous step (where you can choose card or bank transfer) has the back button but once you choose bank transfer it doesn't show it.
Gotcha, trying to repro so I can take a closer look.
Thank you, we're gong to send the bank details by email too but it'd be good to let the user go back to our site from here.
Yeah, I definitely see what you're saying. I'll flag this to our teams to look into improving, but I don't think there is an option for that currently.

Ok thanks. I know it's a tricky one as you're an online payment processor but this is kind of an offline payment process.
Card payment obviously happens in real time and we get redirected back to our thank you page with an order number and customer service info which is perfect.
With bank transfers though there's no further real time processing to do beyond showing the bank details so I guess there's nothing more for Stripe to do.
It'd just be good in terms of customer flow if we could either customize a message on that page or have a button to take the user back to our site.
Thanks for looking into it anyway.
Yup, makes perfect sense! Thanks for the additional context, I'll be sure to include that as part of the feedback I submit from this discussion.
Thanks ๐
