So i have heard a lot about connecting stripe to store with api, and possibly getting payouts to some other account than the one i have in my stripe

Is this something that can be done or do all payouts arrive to my already set up bank account

Payouts will arrive to the bank account you've set up with your Stripe account. You can only set up one external account per settlement currency and supported settlement currencies depend on the country of your merchant account
