Hey there, this is mostly something you're going to need to speak to the plugin providers about to see what they support.

Broadly, invoice branding is a single configuration at an account level, so having two distinct branding configurations would require using two separate Stripe accounts, presumably one for each line of business.

Reporting to QuickBooks is something that can be configured with webhook events, or a plugin, or your own integration. If you want to power this via those plugins you need to talk to those vendors.

Both "loosely" say they support Stripe API and webhooks

Is it POSSIBLE to have two separate stripe accounts in each of these plugins? Is that would I should be asking them?

I would expect so, that plenty of users would use multiple accounts with with plugins for multiple businesses

How exactly to configure that i can't say, I'm not familiar with the configuration of these plugins or what exactly they support in detail
