Hi, you would need to add this on your end. This happends when the first payment of the subscription is not paid https://docs.stripe.com/billing/subscriptions/overview#payment-window so you can listen to https://docs.stripe.com/api/events/types#event_types-invoice.voided event for instance in these cases and then surface the message.
