Yeah, there are two separate settings. One for Billing and for others

Once disabled, can you try it again?

Are you sure that is for the newest SetupIntent? Can you share a test site that I can see/ replicate this on my end? Yes, that is ACH Debit.

I tested this this my end in my test account, and if I have CashApp disabled, I do not see it.
