Got it. Unfortunately you can't really simulate payouts to a platform bank account

im just trying to make sure our server's code works

What happens when you try to create a Payout in test mode?

well we have no account created
so we get the following error
message: "Sorry, you don't have any external accounts in that currency (usd).",

If you activate your account and add a real bank, you can create testmode payouts (just tested it)
