Hi 👋 the Invoice for the Subscription is generated when the Subscription moves to a new billing period.
You should be able to see that behavior in testmode by using Test Clocks:

I downloaded the stripe dashboard app on android, and the plus sign in upper right corner only drops down create a contact, or payout funds. I don't see the option to take a payment or invoice. I am connected to my account. can you help?
