Hi 👋 it sounds like you likely want to set up a webhook endpoint to receive and ingest Events that we generate when actions happen within your account:

You'll need to work with your teams to stand up an endpoint in your Azure instance that can receive the data we send and handle it accordingly.
The approach shown in the provided URL, where the email address is included as a query param, is not a supported option for how our webhooks/Events send data. If you want to use that approach you will need to build your own flow to send data that way.
