I don't know, I'm still not sure where that error is coming from so I'm not sure what's throwing it or where to look for possible causes.

I see that Setup Intent is currently in a requires_payment_method state, since the setup attempt failed. Looking for more details.
I would recommend reaching out to our Support team regarding this decline, I don't believe it's related to how you've built your integration specifically, and is rather something specific to this payment:

That being said, there may be room for improvement in the error handling here, still trying to see if I can learn more about where that error is coming from.
The first part of the error that is being shown, the part that doesn't include "12", what does that translate to?
