It may be possible to enable your connected accounts for this as well, though I am not fully sure if we support that. You can reach out to our support team to see if it is possible to be enabled to just make these calls with the Stripe-Account header.
Otherwise you can use the PANs to create a PaymentMethod on your platform account and then clone the PM down to your connected account(s)
