Unfortunately we don't have this at the moment though I will add your interest to the feature request. At the moment you would either need to estimate the fee with a calculation, or not specify a fee or transfer amount upfront and then make a Transfer after you look up what the Stripe fee was on the successful payment.

Ok so if rent is 1000 and they pay with credit the is no way to add 2.9% to the purchase price or $5 if they use ACH and on the other hand if the landlord wants to pay for the fee to automatically remove 2.9% from their transfer or $5 for ACH

Unfortunately not. We don't have a way for Stripe to dynamically change your price or cut of a Connect payment based on payment method. It is a commonly requested feature, but we don't have it at the moment
