In summary what I do is:

  1. create a checkout session with [capture_method]=manual"

  2. wait that the user charges his car

  3. call https://api.stripe.com/v1/payment_intents/xx/capture with the used amount

The thing is that sometimes the user starts a session for 100 USD and then only uses 10 USD, so I'm trying to figure out I pay fees on these 90 (if they are considered a refund) and what's the best way to deal with these situations
