Should I maybe listen to this event: https://docs.stripe.com/api/events/types#event_types-payment_method.automatically_updated
And then get the SetupIntent for the associated payment method, and then retrieve the mandate from the Setup INtent, and check the status of the mandate object (whether it's active or inactive)?
