Which is the name of the platform account that you're configuring the settings from?
Because I can see acct_1Ihw53CScnf89tZo is conncted to multiple platforms and have multiple payment method configurations. The platform can only control the available payment methods for payments it created not necessarily payments created by the account directly, or other platforms
