Payment Intent doesn't support Stripe Tax directly. You'd need to use Tax Calculation API to pre-calculate the tax and the add to the Payment Intent amount: https://docs.stripe.com/tax/custom

The code in that article has a place to write the address.
Currently, the stripe terminal is attached to a kiosk.
In this case, is the address supposed to be the customer's address or the address of the location where the kiosk exists?
