Hi there, looks like you haven't completed the onboarding process for that connected account.
You can use account link API to create an account link for your connected account to complete the onboarding
i cant do this in the dashboard? this is just a fake test account
No you can't, even test accounts need to go through onboarding process.
and i need to do this from my server?
https://docs.stripe.com/api/account_links yes, this is the API reference
Complete reference documentation for the Stripe API. Includes code snippets and examples for our Python, Java, PHP, Node.js, Go, Ruby, and .NET libraries.
so just to clarify, i need to put this const accountLink = await stripe.accountLinks.create({ inside my server to onboard the test account?
even though there's a connect section in the dashboard?
https://docs.stripe.com/connect/onboarding/quickstart you can follow this guide to get started.
