Was Apps on Devices enabled for your account?

Unfortunately really this isn't something I can help much with here -- we just focus on the API. You really do need to work with your sales rep or Support to ensure it is enabled for your account.

Yes, I've tried. Do you know if there's a group mailbox for the terminal team that I can reach out to?

When I contacted Support they told me that couldn't do anything and that I needed to ask my Sales Rep.

I had a video call with them yesterday, they didn't have any information about "Apps on Devices", and told me to contact Support again... Which in turn told me I need to reach back to my Sales Rep.

Yeah sorry you are getting sent around in circles. There is no mailbox to contact the terminal team directly. I'd recommend pushing on Support or your Sales Rep to escalate to someone that can provision access. But I really can't help any further here.

Thanks for assisting @verbal mauve - I'll try reaching back out to Support.

I do think it would be nice for some modifications to avoid confusion for others in the future:

  • If you don't have access to a dashboard page, an error message should display in some form (not just display the regular homepage)
  • There should be a sentence on the product page for the S700 DevKit that says your account needs to be enrolled "Apps on Devices" (it's worthless otherwise since it can't make livemode payments)
