We don't support Plaid integrations in this channel unfortunately. I would reach out to support: https://support.stripe.com/contact
Find help and support for Stripe. Our support site provides answers on all types of situations, including account information, charges and refunds, and subscriptions information. Get your questions answered and find international support for Stripe.
ok i can do that...
some more questions related to this though
we saw a problem with using Pending Updates with plaid integrations (https://docs.stripe.com/billing/subscriptions/pending-updates)
should we avoid this for plaid and bank accounts? I'd still like to change their billing cycle to today though. can you show me how to do this without using the pending updates feature?
Again, we can't really assist with these types of questions. I hate giving that answer, but we're just not really equipped
ok no problem i understand. i have a question related to attaching bank accounts using stripe's internal system (instead of plaid's). if we use a bank account attached through say stripe checkout, does it also have similar behavior where payments are not processed immediately and instead are shown as 'pending' ?
