Hello! It looks like the request you mentioned (req_wx5UffClnz4ELf) failed because the bank account in question doesn't support instant payouts.
For any other details about this you would need to ask Stripe support for more information.
OK so you can't tell if there is an actual "block" on this account that is preventing it from working.

"IF" there was a block in place would the error message tell me that?
Or would it just tell me the bank account doesn't support instant payouts
I think in most cases it would only surface an error similar to this one.
