No, that's not how Connect embedded components work. The idea is that the platform account/infrastructure hosts the pages where the embedded components show up. The sessions need to be created by the platform, with the platform's secret key.

Yes, once the Session is created on your platform's server you can then use the client secret on whatever site you want.
