That is rather long. Have you diagnosed anything with network connectivity? (e.g. pull up developer tools in the browser and look at the network request waterfall to see what's taking all that time)

What is "stripePaymentIntent"? That seems like the most likely culprit. If you click on it you should be able look at the "Timing" tab and see where the wait times are coming from
