Hi, I can share two invoice id's the previous one which was charged with reverse vat and the new one

Hm, making sure I'm understanding correctly, you're using Tax ID objects for your Customers?

As you can see that Tax Id was created on Thursday, May 27, 2021 so its an oldie one and there was no changes on our side

Yup. I see an updated timestamp towards the end of last year, but it looks like that still would have been before the Invoice that worked as expected.
