Hi ๐ are you able to reproduce this behavior in testmode too? Can you share IDs from related objects, Customer, Invoice, Subscription?
@empty gulch checking in to see if you're still around to give more context about your concern?
Hi, I can share two invoice id's the previous one which was charged with reverse vat and the new one
Correct invoice reverse charge: in_1OyDuwIYOry9WQXwsDowe7l6
Latest invoice vat charged: in_1P9ShAIYOry9WQXw6cX17PZ5
Hm, making sure I'm understanding correctly, you're using Tax ID objects for your Customers?
Correct
Gotcha, would you be able to help by getting the ID of that Tax ID object for this Customer, so I can take a closer look at that?

Can you copy/paste the id value here?

Thanks, diving in
As you can see that Tax Id was created on Thursday, May 27, 2021 so its an oldie one and there was no changes on our side
Yup. I see an updated timestamp towards the end of last year, but it looks like that still would have been before the Invoice that worked as expected.
for full disclosure also, our Accounting person, has contacted Stripe support, yesterday about this
but we're a bit worried on this one so, I came here ๐
Specially because its affecting more customers, not this single one
Do you know when you first saw this?
We first noticed it yesterday
But our accounting person found invoices with that state,
wrongfully collecting taxes for b2b since ...
let me check a sec pplease ๐
25 of April
Gotcha, thank you for that!
Looking into this more with my teammates.
Do you happen to have IDs handy for other Customers/Subscriptions where you saw this behavior?
Let me check a sec

Will do, thank you!
Thank you for your patience as we look into this. Unfortunately my teammates and I are not readily spotting the cause of this, and it will need to be investigated further by our product team. We're working on submitting that context to them, and I would recommend using the Support ticket you've opened to continue following up on this.
