What type of connected account are you using? Standard, Express or Custom?

For Standard connected account, only Direct Charges can be used for cross border transfer. Transfer API can't be used

If you want to do separate charges and transfers, you'd need to Custom or Express connected account with recipient service agreement: https://docs.stripe.com/connect/cross-border-payouts

We have integration with Standard connected account. so how we can achieve this please can you brief in detail

there are three ways to accept payments with connect: https://docs.stripe.com/connect/charges

in your case you need to either use Direct Chargers or Destinatino Charges with on_behalf_of. Separate Charges & Transfer (what you are currently using) won't work
