Am I right to understand that you would like to overwrite the usage records that have already been submitted?
Yes, is that possible?
One way is to set the action to set at the specific timestamp, so that it will overwrite the usage submitted: https://docs.stripe.com/api/usage_records/create#usage_record_create-action

The only retrievable usage object for me is the UsageRecordSummary. However, I need the list of the usage record
