No one who has been granted a coupon through a similar mechanism seems to have had the discount applied twice.
It is not reproducible in that sense.

Your system set coupon in two places:
- One in subscription: https://dashboard.stripe.com/logs/req_yO6deVU6FSU8Wk
- One on the customer: https://dashboard.stripe.com/logs/req_jNno1OpQFVmPPM
In the first invoice, it used the coupon set on the subscription.
In the second invoice, it used the coupon set on the customer

I see that the cause this time is that the coupons are tied to both Customer and Subscription, and they were consumed in order.
