So when I load https://pay.copilotai.com/b/test_aEU3fP2Cz8czftK145 on my own laptop I don't see GooglePay there either so I don't think it has anything to do with Android devices and is likely an issue with the way you configured your PaymentLink. Let me have a look

Okay so you have automatic tax calculation enabled. If you look at https://docs.stripe.com/tax/checkout it says GooglePay will not work in that case unless you enable shipping address collection too
If you wish to ensure that Google Pay is offered as a payment method while using Stripe Tax in Checkout, you must require collecting a shipping address. Apple Pay with Stripe Tax displays only when the customer’s browser supports Apple Pay version 12.
