Have you checked this doc https://support.stripe.com/questions/finding-the-id-for-an-api-request ? it tells you where to get the request ID.

I noticed that you didn't specify limit https://docs.stripe.com/api/balance_transactions/list#balance_transaction_list-limit so the API will only return 10 items by default.

You can increase the limit (up to 100) to include more items in response, or use pagination (https://docs.stripe.com/api/pagination) to access the items in the next page.
