Basically I'm using express checkout for apple pay.
I know I can set the mode as payment or subscription.
I'd like to know if it would be possible to create both a payment with the amount of 400 for example and a subscription on a product that cost 5,99 a month.
All in the same Apple pay transaction.

Yes use subscription and have 2 line items, one for the subscription and one for the one-time fee
