Ah yeah I'm not too familiar with that flow since it's so new, but that doc says the Vault and Forward API accepts all PaymentMethod objects, including those not attached to a customer. So I'd assume it applies to ones created via terminal as well

Is there a way to test this in the sandbox? assuming to use a virtual terminal instead of a physical one

Just confirmed internally that this works with terminal
