You have to pass existing params when you update a subscription schedule

So even if phase 0 is currently running, you need to pass start_date

params.Phases[0].StartDate = stripe.Int64(previousSchedule.Phases[0].StartDate)

Oh wait, that's not modifying it. Would make sense that that would work. I'll try it now
