👋 Welcome to your new thread!

⏲️ We'll be here soon! Typically we respond in a few minutes, but sometimes we might take a bit longer if the server is busy or if you have a particularly tricky question.

⏱️ We close idle threads, which makes them read-only. Once a thread is closed it won't be reopened, but you can always start a new thread if you have another question.

You can't make a transfer from an account if it has insufficient available balance, this is expected.

#

you mean from a customer account ?

#

I mean we have used 4000002760000016 ( Test card from germany ) and this should have funds

#

we authroizing this amount and capturing it ... so the funds needs to transferred to the onboarded account and it usually worked

So it means

#

if a buyer buys something on our webapp ( let's say 100€) then the money goes to us ( plattform account - deduct stripe fees ) and then from us to the seller onboarded account ?

Correct.

#

But if you use a transfer_group, you can send the pending amount from platform to connected account, even before it becomes available. It will be pending on the connected account then.
