👋 Welcome to your new thread!
⏲️ We'll be here soon! Typically we respond in a few minutes, but sometimes we might take a bit longer if the server is busy or if you have a particularly tricky question.
⏱️ We close idle threads, which makes them read-only. Once a thread is closed it won't be reopened, but you can always start a new thread if you have another question.
🔗 This thread will always be available, even after it's closed. You can find it again using Discord's search, or you can save this link: https://discord.com/channels/841573134531821608/1233383995052396614

Hi, let me help you with this.
Could you please share the error Request ID req_xxx? https://support.stripe.com/questions/finding-the-id-for-an-api-request
checking
req_hdO5xzCELMuluI
This was the initial tx id pi_3P9m8hDFUXreffb30xrlD96Z
and also there we have another req id req_nsir0psRBG29HI
then after we tried to capture ... we got 400 erro with the previously given req id req_hdO5xzCELMuluI
You can't make a transfer from an account if it has insufficient available balance, this is expected.

we authroizing this amount and capturing it ... so the funds needs to transferred to the onboarded account and it usually worked
On the Platform account. Funds become available after a few business days, until then they're pending.
To avoid waiting you can use transfer_group parameter, you can read more about it here: https://docs.stripe.com/connect/separate-charges-and-transfers?platform=web&ui=elements
