hello! were you and your colleague looking at the same Stripe account?
No sir we were looking at the different accounts more specifically mine and his.
This was his Payment Methods section
This is mine
Since they are different accounts, there might be different features enabled on each account. In any case, are you encountering any specific issue?
We are expecting to enabled Link in our configuration i.e. the production account, but since we came accross this as this shows different features so we needed confirmation.
By default Link is enabled in our platform and my analysis was based on my dashboard, whereas his was based on his. Now these analysis are different since these are different
For example his Link Setting:
My link Settings
alright, what's your question?
Why is this happening? Plus will this cause any issues on the prod?
Also one-more item, I was told that Link Settings(https://dashboard.stripe.com/settings/link) precides over the Link in Payment Methods (https://dashboard.stripe.com/test/settings/payment_methods) but now I am a little confused as to how this work since in my link settings no toggle is there to enabled/disabled it in checkout but is present in payment methods section.

Sorry to redirect you, but if you reach out to Stripe Support - https://support.stripe.com/contact/email, they'll be able to better advise you on your questions! We mainly help with developers who want to integrate directly with the Stripe API here on this channel
I recommend including the account id(s), and clearly mentioning which is the production account.
that's likely account specific also, and it could be that on one account, a feature was enabled, which the other account doesn't have
Stripe Support will be able to investigate that for you
No actually for that thing, here https://docs.stripe.com/payments/amazon-pay/accept-a-payment it shows that amazon pay is not supported for recurring payments, but in here https://docs.stripe.com/payments/amazon-pay it shows that it does. Just a general query.
These are for the same account.
hmmm, give me a while to check on that
sure
l think that doc that says amazon pay is not supported for recurring payments is out of date. I'll pass on the feedback. We do support recurring payments for Amazon Pay as per
hmmm, sorry, a quick update, I think Checkout Sessions doesn't currently support Amazon Pay for mode:"subscription". Were you planning to use Checkout Sessions?
