Hello, are you using the Stripe's API to collect payments?

We are working on Vtex Platform. In Admin, we have Stripe Connectors. So, UI is talking to Vtex Api and Vtex api to stripe I suppose.

what do you mean by Stripe Connectors? Do you mean you are using a plugin?

We mainly help with developers who want to integrate directly with the Stripe API here on this channel. If you are using a plugin, you will want to reach out to the plugin's developer for help

I understand. I am not sure of that. With "Plugin" you mean also a not direct comunication between UI => Stripe i suppose

If you are not using Stripe's API to collect payment, then you are likely using some plugin or third party service to use Stripe.
