I set metadata: {'user':'test'} when creating session.create
Could you provide the request id? Find it in https://dashboard.stripe.com/test/logs
Sign in to the Stripe Dashboard to manage business payments and operations in your account. Manage payments and refunds, respond to disputes and more.
This is the result I received. I want to get some personal information about the current operator after paying.
Okie so in the request you set the metadata on the Checkout Session object, whereas in the webhook event, you are looking at the PaymentIntent object
They are 2 different object
to set metadata on the Payment Intent object, you need to set it on payment_intent_data.metadata
Complete reference documentation for the Stripe API. Includes code snippets and examples for our Python, Java, PHP, Node.js, Go, Ruby, and .NET libraries.
Do I do this?
Yes!
Okay, thank you very much, I'll test the results
It doesn't seem to be working.
