its a test account and has all the information needed, account email is verified. I am trying to understand what other information does stripe need to make the account active

I would suggest to login as the connected account, and add any information that is missing. if that doesn't work, then try contacting Stripe support: https://support.stripe.com/contact

But this is a test account, Do i need to connect with support for test accounts

that's how you activate a Standard conncected account

yes, I tried login as the account, it says missing business information, this account was created as an individual account and not as a business

How would an individual have a business information, are standard connect accounts only for business entities
