hi! seems to be because that customer has no saved payment methods, so there's nothing to charge.
how can i solve this
contact them to add a paymentMethod and then set that PaymentMethod to be used( you need to pass either https://stripe.com/docs/api/subscriptions/create#create_subscription-default_payment_method or set https://stripe.com/docs/api/customers/update#update_customer-invoice_settings-default_payment_method )

it's hard to say since I didn't build your plugin. Maybe check its documentation/contact its support/developers for help on how to add a "save your payment method" screen that customers can access
