Oh, I've just gone into the customer and they literally have no payment methods attached to them...

So, I can see that I'm somehow getting the wrong customer. That wouldn't help. There's a possibility that my local db has become a little confused with the stripe ids. I'll continue investigating this end, but it's me. Thanks anyway!

hmm the error message explains it in a way, it means you're using Connect but not really correctly. Are you implementing payment method cloning?

Not cloning anything. Customer enters card details to set up the setupintent. I'm just getting the details back.
