the account they created is the Platform's account
you need to create one manually from the dashboard

If Administrator (Owner) creates a connect account with existing stripe account. How other members can access it ?

Because Using that secret key the APi is not working. Its giving me an error.
You can only create new accounts if you've signed up for Connect,
no one at Stripe would ask you to share your keys

We are vacation rental website www.shoresummerrentals.com . We have our home owners. Now I want my home owners to create stripe connect account and then they can create invoice for their renters. We as a website(platform) will get a some commission or small fee .

My client has already an exsting account with stripe webmaster@shoresummerrentals.com and added me as team member with Admin Role.
Yesterday she has created a connect account with her existing stripe accout named "SSRNJ connect" . Using that Connect account Secret key the API is giving me an errror,
"You can only create new accounts if you've signed up for Connect, "

Yes, but you should never worry about the Connected account's keys. There's better and safer ways to send requests on behalf of the connected accounts.

I don't know how Dashboard works in such detail. Would you be able to get the account ID (acct_id) of that connected account?
Have you read through Stripe Connect docs? It's a lot, but it's an advanced product so it's key to have a fundamental understanding: https://docs.stripe.com/connect

Can I share the main platform account email id ?
What's "account email id"? Email? Or Account ID?
The only explanation I have is your client and you are looking at 2 different accounts.

Prior to that, please collect all the relevant information so our team can provide help effectively. You need to make sure you know what accounts are used by who and what are the exact account IDs.
