when you create the account you need to pass in the country
otherwise it would take the country of your platform by default

here is an example from Kofi where it's letting the new users choose their country, this is what I'd like to have as well

and in all cases, the country is not something you can change in the fow
so you need to know what country your account is located in before creating their account
and then the onboarding link

now that you mention it I'm not sure if Kofi is using Express
with Kofi I connected an my existing Stripe account
but if I choose create a new business it gives me the option to choose a country
