How i understand. They need token from a client (restaurant we will work with). And for this client has to sign a contract with Stripe. Is it right, or which is other way of how to do it?

We develop delivery mobile apps for restaurants, now expanding into spanish market and lunching first restaurant. From documentation i understand that it needs to make a test for Stripe integration. And this can be done if our client (restaurant) will sign a contract with Stripe. Or test can be done in other way?

We are integrating stripe to have online payments. To test first restaurant, my team needs API, and do restaurant itself needs to sign a contract with stripe to receive API, or it all can be done from our side?
