I have created customer and also have default payement method.
Now want that whenever a create new subscription.
then i don't add payment methods details again

When you attach this Customer (with invoice_settings.default_payment_method property set) to the Subscription, it will just use it to charge automatically: https://docs.stripe.com/api/subscriptions/create#create_subscription-customer
