So basicly I have website that subscribes the user to an package and makes monthly and yearly payment depending on the user choice.

And now I need to create a way to delete the user compleatly and also I will need to pause the user account.

And Right now I'm interested if I delete the user from Stripe over the API, will it automatically stop his subscription.

Or should I first pause his subscription, then delete him

yes deleting the customer would automatically cancel all subscriptions related to it
