Resending the events (created in last 30 days) is possible via Stripe CLI: https://docs.stripe.com/cli/events/resend

I don't see any option to load events. How do I get the event ids?

Resending an event by CLI is by individual event ID, not by event type.

If you wish to get the list of event ID by event type, List Events API by type and created can be used: https://docs.stripe.com/api/events/list

After getting the list of invoice.paid events created in past 2 days, then use Stripe CLI to resend them individually
