๐Ÿ‘‹ Welcome to your new thread!

โฒ๏ธ We'll be here soon! Typically we respond in a few minutes, but sometimes we might take a bit longer if the server is busy or if you have a particularly tricky question.

โฑ๏ธ We close idle threads, which makes them read-only. Once a thread is closed it won't be reopened, but you can always start a new thread if you have another question.

๐Ÿ”— This thread will always be available, even after it's closed. You can find it again using Discord's search, or you can save this link: https://discord.com/channels/841573134531821608/1232007878169333862

๐Ÿ‘‹ sorry for missing this thread, let me read

#

@hazy umbra unfortunately this is a limitation of our product right now where if you use SubscriptionSchedules then the end customer can't interact with those in the CustomerPortal. Sorry, I don't have a better answer right now than saying we hope to fix it in the future

Oh I see, so then there's no current workaround for this at least in the near future. I understand that handling this via API it's still possible, right? I mean, manually updating it on our end if the customer request any cancellation.

yep you can do this in the code for sure, just the CustomerPortal doesn't handle this yet unfortunately ๐Ÿ˜ฆ
