you can use it outside of Sweeden but only in the countries listed on that page

when you say supported country, is it my stripe account country or the purchase country?

you are creating Direct Charges
on a UAE connected account
for direct charges you need to look at the Connected Account's country
not the platform's
and in all cases, this is only available for customers based in Sweeden

in test mode you can create accounts in all countries without having to provide documents, as long as you use the test data
