Taking a look at that Customer

Okay so what is happening here is that your customer is entering bank account information via the email that is sent out when the funds are attempted to be returned and the account information they are entering are not legitimate so when we attempt to send the funds they are bounced back -- thus the refund failure.

I see. Are you able to expand on what is not legitimate? I will take this back to the customer and instruct them on how to fill that information out accurately.

Unfortunately I'm not seeing anything but I'm also not an expert in this stuff -- we really just focus on the API. If you want more details on exactly why this refund attempt was returned to us (if we even have that information... it is possilbe the bank just returned us the funds to we just reconcile them back to you...) then you will want to ask our Support team via https://support.stripe.com/contact/login
