Hi ๐
Can you clarify what you are trying to do?
What steps are you taking and where are you seeing unexpected values?
Yeah, basically have a way to pro rata subscription updates, just get diferrent when plan is more expansive?
because when plan is cheaper the user stay with credits
I just wanted the user to pay the difference, when the plan is more expensive, but when switching from a more expensive plan to a cheaper one, there is no refund, would there be a way to do this?
Sorry can you explain what you are doing in clear steps with specific API calls?
This server is focused on developers coding integrations so that is how we think.
What Subscription Update API requests are you making?
We have details on how you can handle Subscription upgrades and downgrades here: https://docs.stripe.com/billing/subscriptions/upgrade-downgrade
Specifically I think this section is what you are looking for: https://docs.stripe.com/billing/subscriptions/upgrade-downgrade#proration
