Unfortunately we don't generate refund PDFs as far as I am aware. It looks like we have automated refund emails that you can turn on, but otherwise I think you would need to generate the page or PDF that you are sending to your users about these refunds

One thing I've found is when you check payment_intent object of the invoice, there's receipt_url which opens up stripe hosted receipt webpage. this page shows refund details along with invoice details and link to download pdf with refund info.
is there anyway I can get the url for the refund pdf from there?

Apologies, I was unaware of that PDF. I will see if there is a way to download it
I'm not finding a way to do this, I will double check with my colleagues. If it is not currently available I will definitely put in a feature request for this
